Test and control plans are prepared and documented, upon request with the agreement of our customers. All employees are equipped with their own controlled measuring equipment and are thus able to carry out the required checks on the machined profiles.
Project management – i.e. the beginning of quality planning – is carried out with internal and external colleagues, for example with experienced toolmakers from Austria. The individual working steps of the tubes and profiles are described and checked for feasibility, right up to the packaging instructions.
Our pre-suppliers for aluminium (both welded and extruded) and steel profiles are obliged to provide the supplies with appropriate factory test certificates. Both the chemical composition and the strength can be seen in these. We are also able to check the mechanical quality values on site.
